Hope that everyone is enjoying a day with family and
friends on this Memorial Day.
I wanted to share the address for a blog written by
a fellow Kokikai member, Judy Minot, who lives in the Princeton, NJ area. I
discovered Judy's blog about two months ago and have been really enjoying her
posts. She is a dedicated student/instructor who was recently promoted to 4th
degree black belt. She is also an excellent writer. Her blog often talks about
aikido practice and there is a thread of aikido philosophy in all her posts.
I find it a great way to appreciate our art even
when I am not on the mat.
