This weekend: Dennis Embert Sensei at Eastern Sky
October 5th at 8pm is a Women's Class with Judy, Marcella, and Rose Sensei, who will be sharing what they learned/discovered at Cecelia Sensei's workshop for Kokikai women.

October 15 - 8 pm class - Brown Belt testing in our dojo!
October 17 - Mind/Body Class with Mike Lewis - drumming
October 24th: Dave Comi Sensei in Rochester, stay tuned for details
