also, please save this date, on Wednesday, October 29th, we will be holding an OPEN HOUSE from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.

we are seeking volunteers from active and current dojo members to help set up and promote this event which will have a Halloween theme.

the format of the Open House will be informal, we will not have regular classes that day but instead have an Open Mat like we do on Sundays.

please be sure to invite all your friends, relatives and acquaintances.

light refreshments will be served and we are planning to have a massage therapist present to help work the kinks out
