Mind/Body and Kiatsu Class

On Saturday, February 28, Judy Warner and Mike Lewis will lead a class on mind/body work. We will cover some kiatsu as well as some foundational mind/body work. The class will be from 11 am to noon, directly following 10 am class. Everyone is welcome to attend!
